Sorrento, Florida
The Leiffer family has spent years building something worth visiting — a diversified, pesticide-free working farm in the heart of Central Florida.
White Water Farm sits on a sprawling property divided into two distinct operations. On one side, nearly 2 acres of blueberry plants — carefully grown at lower elevation, just above the natural water table, in a fully enclosed closed-loop irrigation system. On the other, 40 acres of open hay field, producing quality hay rolls for local buyers. Together they represent what a modern Florida farm can be — productive, intentional, and built to last.
Beyond the blueberries, White Water Farm raises cattle and boar on the property. These animals are part of the farm's identity — raised with the same care and intention we bring to everything we grow.
